Professional staff and excellent hotel service!
Breakfast was delicious and location near bus o metro transportation was helpful to move easy around the city.
AC wasn't working properly in my room but didn't cause any issues during our staying. Night time cold temperatures was really pleasant even in our room.

Everything was amazing, except for the AC unit not functioning, but they had a fan in the room so it was not as bad.

The location is excellent because its right in front of the mall and so many activities all around. And the best part is the staff, wonderful customer service and so helpful.

Great with just a little improvement
The rooms are very clean and spacious. We were a family of 4 and all had ample space. There is a safe in each room. It is an easy drive to the airport. The location for us was perfect as it was a short and cheap Uber ride to wherever we wanted to go to.
The communal hallways and areas seem to be a little overlooked when it comes to cleaning and could have done with a hoover. Also the bin in the breakfast area was full before breakfast had even started. I think if the communal areas were kept a little more clean and tidy then this hotel would be perfect and I would happily stay again.
